Shed extension

So, it's time to extend the Log Shed.

Two boards left from the original build, so its time to make an update on the original design.

Painted and ready to be drilled for the T-nuts, T nuts are the locating or locking unit you drive in from the rear of the panel to bolt the holds to.

Internal view, looks ace and should stay dry in the wet so it gives an added bonus as training can continue even on wet days. Training is key as were are off to Norway again this Febuary and progressing our tick list is key. Rjukan is the target with the upper gorge firmly fixed in our sights with routes like Lipton on the cards.

Holds don't have to be bought, this holds an old gate hindge with two used angle grinder discs as back plates. Carpet and ply board make an ace stein pull unit, solid. The hold below is an old flat bar hindge, again really solid and above all, free.

Reps are key, moving up and down the board at different time slots. 3 mins 4 mins 5 mins ect. Getting the time length up creates stamina, and above all fun. So a fantastic afternoon on the board fuelled by  http://www.battleoats.com/ Ate one of the Choc Chip prior to my work out and just felt powered all the way through the moves, no aches or pains in the morning.

Thè old Boulder mats handy on the tricky holds, prevents a nasty impact on the ground, if you pop.
