Quick warm up on the 55 deg wall,
Then over onto the beast in the log shed.
The new addition to the shed is a real burner, you are really put through your paces on this side of the shed with the 55 deg leaner.
You end up in the plank position for most of the moves, so going from a stein pull to a high hanger really tests your strength and stamina, especially if you alternate left to right right to left.
So, all in all a great session of hard combinations.
