Stairway to heaven

The boy is out of the hills and on the road to the big city.

DT Powered by RIPPER.

Awesome walls at Liverpool is a super venue for drytooling. The DT room is located in the top section of the church, almost feels as if your in the belfry. You climb a fantastic staircase into a well set out room with routes from M4 to M7.

Superb stone work with a fantastic window feature in the centre.

Looks like to nights of the Templer.

Weapon of choice for me and dean for our oncoming conquest.

The routes start from left to right working round the room. The first route is an interesting M4 with a great set of moves(black and yellow holds). The Blue route next door has an interesting sting in the tale with a super move in the middle, nuth said, Go try it for yourselves.

M4 route, first route on the wall.

Superb M7 on the yellow holds with a fantastic stein pull in the centre leading to a classic side stein. Possibly my favourite route of the day.

However, took in some battle scares on the way with a nice little snake bite from the base of the axe, naughty axe.

All in all a fantastic day out and well worth the trip from the Peak District.
