Up and coming competition at Buxton Dome on 11th August 2014. Kick starting my training with a bit of light running in the superb Goyt Valley ( http://www.goytvalley.co.uk/ ) will ramp this up as I move closer to the day of the comp.

I ran 3.27 kilometers (2 miles in old money) in the goyt, wooded terrain.
